This is the newer of the two villas. It sits along the street and provides a nice 4 car garage for guests. This villa is modern and comfortable. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with 5 beds and a sofa bed. It can sleep 11 people if you include the sofa bed. The sun deck has a nice view of the Manuel Antonio park, and a hot tub you can soak in while you enjoy the view. The kitchen has modern amenities including beautiful teak cabinets.
