Use this calendar to reserve the entire Lapa Villas property ( both villas )
Booking both villas will give you access to the entire property including the swimming pool, hot tub, jungle trail, beach access, gardens, outdoor kitchen and sleeps up to 18 people. Listed price does not include taxes and extra guest fee ( over 12 guests ).

Payment Policy
A 50% payment is due upon reservation with the final 50% due 60 days prior to arrival. 100% of payment is due if reservation is within 60 days.
Cancellation Policy
Payment is 100% refundable until 60 days before arrival. Provided full balance is paid on time at 60 days prior to arrival, the full Payment amount is 50% refundable until 30 days before arrival. NO refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
